We will only share the information necessary to facilitate the requested service.
Our vendor partners are independent entities that operate under their own terms and conditions. Any engagement with a vendor partner is entirely at your discretion and risk. CGA is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any vendor partner.
Submitting a form on our website does not create a binding agreement or business relationship between your organization and any vendor partner. Your submission is simply an indication of interest in exploring services from a vendor partner.
We may recommend vendor partners based on the details you provide. However, the decision to engage with a vendor partner remains entirely yours. You are solely responsible for performing your own due diligence, assessing vendor services, and negotiating any agreements independently.
Any contractual, commercial, or service arrangement you enter into with a vendor partner, beyond complimentary penetration testing, is outside of CGA’s scope. CGA is not a party to those agreements. Any terms, warranties, or guarantees are strictly between you and the vendor partner.
Some recommended services or tools may be affiliated with our partners. If you choose to purchase or subscribe to a product or service through one of these links, CGA or our affiliated entities may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We recommend only services we believe are valuable; however, you should make purchase decisions based on your own organizational needs.
By opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from CGA, you agree to the following:
Consent to Receive Messages: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us for appointment reminders, cybersecurity alerts, marketing messages, and other general communications. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.
Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive may vary. If we provide an expected frequency (e.g., up to 4 messages per month), it is an estimate and may change based on your engagement.
Charges: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier’s plan. CGA does not charge additional fees for messaging.
Opt‑out and Help: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Reply HELP for support. You may also contact us via email or phone using the information below. Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
